Goal Setting Accountability Program
The purpose of the Goal Setting Accountability (GSA) Program is to provide an innovative framework for academic, personal growth and development among young men and women. GSA will support participants in goal setting and achievement, skills development, and tools for developing positive habits, fostering self-confidence and resilience.
Accountability is an essential core value that supports integrity, trust, and responsibility. At its core, accountability ensures individuals remain liable for their actions and outcomes. Cultivating a larger community of individuals committed to accountability generates a more positive influence on the world. As a body of believers, we achieve to be spirit led to please God and not man.
The objective is for each participant to implement the tools set forth to achieve their set goals and foster long term sustainability. Participants should develop habits, behaviors, and mindsets that extend beyond the program's duration.
