Our pathway to success program is designed to bridge scholastic and career opportunities that align with participants' talents and interests. Within this program we offer scholarship and fellowship funding to pair participants up with open opportunities.
The funding provided for the fellowships is designed to provide financial assistance for essential resources such as training courses, certification programs, professional licensing, and work-related expenses.
Eligible participants will be paired with a mentor in a respective industry with open opportunities and fellowship models following the completion of the program such as:
Entertainment Division – offers opportunities to explore the creative and operational aspects that bring the entertainment industry to life. This involves the unseen roles and contributions of professionals like producers, directors, writers, costume designers, set builders, sound engineers, lighting technicians, makeup artists, and more—individuals whose expertise and innovation shape the magic of film, television, theater, and music production.
Real Estate - Certification and Licensing: Support for completing real estate licensing or specialized certifications like appraisals or property management.
Technology and Digital Careers – Certification programs and training in emerging and rapidly progressing areas of technology
