Randy Morgan

Randy Morgan, a native of Inglewood, CA is a lifelong philanthropist and social entrepreneur.  His over 30 years of experience as an Executive in sports and entertainment has enabled him to create countless opportunities for others in these industries and beyond. As CEO of Positive Sound Recording, he worked alongside platinum recording artists such as Mariah Carey, Luther Vandross, En Vougue, Tone, Toni, Tony, DJ Quick and Wyclef. Positive Sound Recording produced scores for award winning television show The Jamie Foxx Show, Martin and the movie “Life” starring Eddie Murphy and Martin Lawrence.  He worked with record labels Universal Music Group, Interscope Records, Atlantic Records, Priority Records and MCA Records.

Under his foundation KC Morgan, he partnered with various nonprofits to secure over $20Million in donations.  These organization include Boys and Girls Club of America, American Cancer Society, and Children’s Hospital of Orange County to name a few. He collaborated with local churches and community-based organizations to raise awareness in the community for gang intervention and prevention. During his work with Unity One, Steve Harvey and 92.3 The Beat, he collaborated with organizing the “Stop the Violence” project. Randy is committed to mentoring young men. Under his mentorship program, he successfully transitioned at risk youth from juvenile facilities to a transformed thriving life. He is particularly proud of the work he did that led to over sixty young men being enrolled in universities across the United States.  KC Morgan’s Boot camp programs were pivotal in providing access to opportunities in the sports community. Some were able to live out their lifelong dream of being drafted into the National Football League. Randy continues to work with various organizations globally. His life purpose is centered in his passion and commitment to foster meaningful and lasting change.
